CNBC live does not work on any of devices connected to Cox?

Hi I just moved in and have Cox internet,CNBC live will not work on any of devices? The audio only works but the live broadcast is just a black screen, this the same on my Samsung tablet, TV, Motorola phone and hp computer. Does Cox block CNBC, same if I use the CNBC app, or use computer? Any help would be appreciated.
