Channels Not Coming On
Starting a few days ago, Cox channels 593 and 594 are not coming on. Using the Contour box, I get a message that "There seems to be a problem..." and then XRE xxxx, Just says to check connections and try later. Customer support has been no help. Just the standard reboot and then arrange for a tech visit. Anyone else have a similar problem?
