Why does my contour cable go from watching tv to a screen with weather and adds . Almost at the same time almost everyday ? How do i fix this problem to where it dosent happen please

Hi Walledalthaqeb. Check out https://www.cox.com/residential/support/contour-and-power-save-mode.html as it sounds like a setting for the screensaver.
