Cable bill
So I fell behind due to medical issues and now have to pay extra for making a physical payment in a store so that I get a physical receipt and now I'm being charged $50 for 2 payments which were made in store. This has me VERY heated and having a very negative outlook about Cox Communications. Earlier this morning a Cox representative told me that I would NOT have any interpretation in my services as long as I pay by Friday no later than 6pm. Only now, I have been suspended and I'm tempted to say **bleep** it and let it go all together! Cox Communications likes to tell you one thing and do the total opposite!
