blurry pixilated video and distorted audio

for the past seven days or I have had blurry pixilated video and distorted audio about every ten minutes or so.  it happens on bothe TV's.  If i have recorded a show it has the same issue.   if i got to an 3rd party app to watch the show it is ok.  I read a lot about this problem but do not see any resolution.  I did have this issue a few years ago.  but much worse.  I think i had to replace the box.  Terrie
