Automatic screensaver is a nuisance
Your automatic screensaver is a hindrance. I need my tv to be on for 12 hours at a time, however the screensaver comes on automatically after 4 hours. I am at my witt's end about this. Why doesn't Cox allow subscribers to have the ootion of having their tv screen on all of the time? Surely I can't be the only Cox customer having this as an issue. I am on the verge of going back to Direct tv because of this problem. Please Cox give us the option of having control over our tv screen! If Cox provided this option, I would stay as a loyal, happy customer.

A Former Moderator reported that user feedback to provide an option to completely disable the screensaver feature was submitted to the Contour Video Enhancement Team to see if it can be implemented in the future. That was over 4 years ago. I don't think it's going to happen.
