ANOTHER price hike?
I’ve always been able to get a promotion of around $220 or less. Now the best promotion is $237. I spent almost an hour on hold waiting and the person I finally spoke with kept putting me on hold without saying “can I put you on hold to check that.” When I asked her what my price would be for just internet alone she hung up on me. I’ve been with cox for about 35 yrs so this kind of treatment is beyond despicable.

Hello there. I am sorry that you were not getting the best support with our agents over the phone. Promotions do tend to change every quarter, so what you may have had, may not be available now. 100% Agreed, cox raises the prices without notifying, and when you asked why all they say is, oh you have no discounts it’s two years of the contract, and they try to sell you a cellphone supposedly to bring the price down. I’m in this situation as we speak and I am going to cancel my service with them if I don’t see any support.
i have been with cox 10 years my service started over $150 now is over $250 and it is been a fighting with them every two years to bring it a little bit down I got tired dealing with them over the phone so mow I go to the store in person.
