"Your Connection Is Not Private" error

URL: https://phonetools.cox.com/history?type=voice

Edit: the problem is with  https://phonetools.cox.com/.  Nothing can be accessed normally past it without dealing with the dire Google Chrome warning.

Perhaps this has something to do with changing from daylight savings time to standard... please advise.

Hi Stinkfoot63, you are probably correct. The time change may have impacted the website's security certificate. You can bypass the “your connection is not private" error in Chrome by clicking on the Advanced link and then “proceed to website” link. The URL should redirect to an https:// login page that is secure. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Thanks for the reply and can verify that it's a way of accessing the URL.  My question at this point is, will I be forced to deal with this issue until spring when we return to daylight savings time or is there a resolution in the meantime?

Hi Stinkfoot63, I've let our website administrators know about the issue, so it should be resolved soon. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

The problem seems to be gone this evening.  Thanks.

Edit- I'm not landing on the error page but the address window still shows the URL to not be secure.

Thanks, Do Not Call Registry.

Are you still able to bypass the error and continue through by way of the Advanced Settings?

Hi All, this issue has been resolved. Please clear (delete) your internet browser's cookies, history, and temporary files. Then, close your internet browser and reopen it. You should then be able to access http://phonetools.cox.com. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
