Voicetools call history

I can only see my call history from about 3 or 4 days ago.  Does anyone know how to fix this issue?  Update:  My call history is now working properly again so I have no idea what happened.

There's an issue with Call History that's been reported to Cox, but I found a workaround until they fix it.  Pick the days period you want and then "Download" the items.  This will temporarily fix whatever is causing the issue and you'll be able to scroll and display all items.

With Call History expanded, the "Download" link is in the upper right of the grid.

Click "Download" and then click "Download Call History".  You'll then temporarily be able to scroll, sort and display items in the selected days period until you change days selection, collapse Call History or close the webpage.

Did you expand Call History?  It will be in the upper right of the grid under the Search button.

Could you upload a screenshot of what you do see? You have to join the forum to upload a image. See here for details. Or if it is easier, upload the image to imgur and post the link. If you use Imgur you can edit out the private stuff or use snippet to only select a image that doesn't contain private info.
