Voicemail transcripts

How come my voicemail transcripts never work?  The voicemails are working but I never see any of them transcribed in the voicetools.  It always says (Your transcript is not available at this time. Please try again later).

It's probably because you're using a phone.  That's usually why 'Voice Tools' doesn't work for you.

I'm using the voicetools not my phone.

Hi, there. I'm so sorry for the issues with the viocetools transcript. If you have not yet re-examined the settings, you might want to try removing and re-adding the destination email address under Voice Tools. Let me know if this helps.

I'm still not getting the emails but the transcripts are working now and my email address is correct.

Done.  They are trying to figure out what is causing this issue.  The transcripts are working now but I'm still not getting the email notifications.
