Voice Tools Settings Issues

The Voice Mail toggle is changed to OFF.  After a lengthy processing delay, attempts to turn it ON fail with the following Voice Tools error message:  "Your Voice Mail request cannot be completed.  Please try again".  Clicking Spam Blocker and changing all Spam Risks to something other than "Send to Voicemail" will allow the Voice Mail toggle to be changed to ON.  However, after collapsing and expanding Settings again, the Voice Mail toggle is changed back to OFF, and the Spam Blocker settings are back to values from before they were changed.  Voice Tools Settings do not save.

The only noticeable difference in the Voice Tools page is a new "Blocked" tab in Call History.  I have no idea if it does anything because clicking it displays "0 matching results found".  

It took months for Call History issues to be mostly fixed.  Why did Cox change something else just to break it too?  With the sale of Cox, these issues may never be fixed.  Voice mail may never work again.

Good. Cox was/is a terrible company, both to work for and to be a customer of. I am glad someone put them out of their misery. I can count on 1 hand the number of times the moderators here has actually helped anyone in any significant way. Cox support is 75% car salesman and 25% Indian monkey support. Not only do I doubt most of their intelligence, but I question their character too for willing to work for such a bad company. I am sure one will copy paste a reply to you but they probably have to right click because they aren't technical enough to use ctr+v.

3 years here and only 1 solution. If you say your technical, prove it. Say something intelligent about the merger or Cox tech in general. Scope? The scope of this forum is to direct people, everyone and anyone, to your non public support options for pr damage control and your such a mindless idiot you just asked me to email you. You don't have my business. I stopped using Cox when it stopped being free when I quit Cox. You know when I worked doing what you are badly trying to do right now. Just give this up and go apply at a McDonalds.

Also that one solution was just you telling someone to email them so you have literally not helped a single person here and I question if you have helped anyone in your whole life.

Almost every single one of your post begin using the same words . You are obviously using some kind of script or program to make your post. That makes me think English isn't your first language. Indian or South America?

Good?  You're not a Cox customer.  I am.  Customer service should significantly improve after the transition.  But in the meantime, my Voice Tools settings don't work and probably won't work again while employees with a tenuous employment future are running the shop.  What else might they break?  There's nothing good about the current situation for customers.

I have the same issue on phone with Cox Tech for 40 minutes.  Voice mail is toggled off.  I missed a call from hospital.  Dad passed away,  I am beyond angry

Voice Tools Settings are working again.  The Voice Mail toggle can be saved to On.  Selections for voice mail Configure Rings and Spam Blocker options can now be saved.
