Voice tool access

Have been getting the following message for the past week or more when I try to retrieve my call history.  Multiple contacts with "support" only get a response along the lines of "we find nothing wrong".  Anyone else having problems?

"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties processing your call history request"

jbearusa, we understand you are getting an error when trying to view your Call History. This was a known issue in the past that we have corrected. We would like to investigate your issue further. Please email us at Cox.Help@cox.com, with your name and address, for support.
