The Deceptive Promise
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the reward program COX has been promoting. Despite meeting all the requirements and following the instructions diligently, I never recieved the rewards that were advertised. I have contacted your customer service multiple times, but each time I receive vague responses or promises that the issue will be resolved soon and today they said that I was never eligible for this reward and will not be honoured. As a loyal customer, I faced significant trouble due to false promises made by Cox, which leading me to move my services from COX.
