spoken caller Id
I just had to buy a new phone. On the old one in addition to the number being displayed on the phone it was spoken aloud. The new one does not do that. Is that a phone feature that I need to look for or a Cox feature on any phone.

It's called Talking Caller ID and would be a feature on the actual phone. You might be able to exchange it where you bought it.
