Spam Blocker blocks all incoming calls with Spam Risk regardless of "Allow" setting
Incoming calls from a number assigned a Spam Risk (Low, Medium, High) will not ring through even if "Allow" is selected. The setting appears to be ignored, so there is no way to opt-out of Spam Blocker. Cox didn't seem to know anything about it. There may not be a lot of people left who have Cox Voice service.
