phone

I get no dial tone and phone not ringing although people have called me.  I reset the modem.  what else can I try?

I also unplugged both sets for 10 minutes but no luck.

Unplugged all those cords by tv/modem/phone and replugged.  It is working!  Thanks, CrystalS.
