Oliver: useless, idiot. Tried more than 10 times to reach a Live Agent. Oliver kept repeating the same question...TOTALLY USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try @CoxHelp on Twitter.  I get almost instant replies when using Twitter or keep typing AGENT when trying to bypass Oliver.  What is it that you need help with?
