Closed

Frequently my phone rings once

Then the caller is cut off. They then have to redial. Why is this happening? I do not have that "Robo" service.

Did you set up and save the number of rings in the voicetools settings?

No I set it on my phone...I will go look at voice tools....

The "Voice Tools" "Configure Rings" setting minimum is 2.

Try setting it to 6 then click on save.  I had the same issue as you and setting it to 6 worked for me.

Did you set up and save the number of rings in the voicetools settings?

You can't set the phone to ring just once in Voice Tools with "Configure Rings".  Two (2) is the minimum.

try turning the nomorobo on, then off.
