Dial tone

This is the 2nd day I have no dial tone and no one has been able to reach me. Price increase and no phone service! Good going Cox. You really know how to give good service.

I can see that the modem itself is online. If you look at the telephone light on the front of the modem, is it blinking or solid without picking up the phone?
