Caller Id is not working on my phones....all it says is "incoming call".

I've gone ahead and reset that modem. Please know that I had to cancel the disconnect work order to get the phone service working properly. It's very important that you call in again and cancel your services a day or two before you move. Can you go ahead and test the Caller ID for me?

Why did you cancel my move order. I spent over an hour on the phone yesterday with a tech to get the transfer done right. I have a tech in Arizona coming on 4/18 to hook up my service in Arizona.

The install in Arizona is not affected by me cancelling the disconnect work order at your current residence. The work order for install in Arizona is still scheduled for the 18th.

Can you please tell me if the Caller ID is working at this time? It looks like the disconnect work order had some errors that unfortunately caused some of your services to stop working.
