call waiting - can't toggle through online interface
Anyone else with Cox voice service that can't toggle on/off the Call Waiting feature? Reported to Cox a couple months back and no solution.
I can't believe that everyone is suffering from this issue? When you try to turn it from off to on you get "Your Call Waiting request cannot be completed. Please try again later".

I had the same issue before but it's working now so try it again.

if you are trying to use your cell phone to toggle ont he web page, select to use desktop site, then try it.
