CALL HISTORY NOT FUNCTIONING

Starting somewhere around December 11, 2024 Call History is not show History for any phone calls. Voice Mail is showing no phone calls. It does not matter if you chose 7, 30 or 120 days. No calls show up. It does not matter if I use windows, apple or the app. Same blanks on Call History and Voice mails. My address book shows. Some missed calls show but only up to December 11, but they list only Spam? calls not ones from people in my Address Book. What is going on and why cannot this be fixed. I am not the only one commenting on this ongoing problem.

I have the same issue. I haven't logged into phone tools in a couple of months. So when I logged in yesterday Dec 18, I was surprised to see zero calls in the ALL tab for 7, 30, 90, 120 days. In the MISSED tab, calls go back 30 days, but not for 7, 90 or 120. A call came in yesterday that I wanted to check in on but it's missing from ALL and MISSED. What is going on Cox?

Hello. I'm very sorry to hear that you are missing the call history in your voicetools. If it has been 90 days since logging in, you'll need to opt-in again. Once you are opted in, make a test call. The call history is updated every 15 minutes so you'll want to log back in after 15 minutes. The following numbers will not appear on the call history;

Are you serious?  I log in frequently and most definitely wishing 90 days. How do you think I posted on the Forum ? Really? Also if I am checking the call history I have to log in! AND I make and receive calls all the time. So there is no need for test calls!!!! The History of incoming and outgoing calls is simply missing. There is no recent listing of recent missed calls. There are no Voice Mails listed though I am retrieving Voice mails and saving voice mails. There is no useful information appearing on the Phone Tools Call History when I go online to find out information on who is calling and when. Simply use these communications the emails result in non-useful suggestions that indicate that I do not know how to use your phone system and the online system. Your web page Call History is not working!! Not my error!

RaquelD    You really should have mentioned there's a current issue with Call History.  The first discussion about it was posted a week ago.  This discussion is about it.   Have Cox employees been told not to acknowledge that Call History isn't working?  Besides, a couple of months is not 90 days so that couldn't have been the reason for missing calls anyway.

You're saying call history will exclude toll-free numbers and local calls? This appears to be a step backwards in functionality, because in the past the ALL tab showed all incoming and outgoing calls, whether they were local or long-distance, toll or toll-free.
