CALL HISTORY NOT FUNCTIONING
Starting somewhere around December 11, 2024 Call History is not show History for any phone calls. Voice Mail is showing no phone calls. It does not matter if you chose 7, 30 or 120 days. No calls show up. It does not matter if I use windows, apple or the app. Same blanks on Call History and Voice mails. My address book shows. Some missed calls show but only up to December 11, but they list only Spam? calls not ones from people in my Address Book. What is going on and why cannot this be fixed. I am not the only one commenting on this ongoing problem.

I have the same issue. I haven't logged into phone tools in a couple of months. So when I logged in yesterday Dec 18, I was surprised to see zero calls in the ALL tab for 7, 30, 90, 120 days. In the MISSED tab, calls go back 30 days, but not for 7, 90 or 120. A call came in yesterday that I wanted to check in on but it's missing from ALL and MISSED. What is going on Cox?
