wrong cox model name in gateway network

in my gateway https://wifi.cox.com/network I can see the gateway details model name as

Model Name

CGM4140COM

This is my old modem

I upgraded to Panoramic some months ago and I've refreshed / restarted the modem multiple times.

What should I do to fix?
