Why does all my email that I receive go to SPAM?

Ever since you all updated your mail service. Especially the Web-mail all incoming emails go to the SPAM Folder. Why? This means that I never receive any emails on my Mobile devices.

Please provide me the setting so that I can disable emails going to the SPAM Folder. So that I don't have to go the Spam and either move everything to the Inbox or tell it every time that emails are not SPAM.

Also, I do not like the new webmail interface.
