Thank you for reaching back out. My apologies for your deleted post, can you confirm if you have been warned about repeated post and/or any spam post related at all ? Lastly, I want to apologize for ongoing issue you're experiencing with the services. I can confirm 2 canceled visits as well as the last visit dated 7/15 with notes that the modem was moved and services working. If this is still ongoing we will need to get someone back out.
