Way too many service interruptions

This is the third  service interruption since Friday. The number of service interruptios in April have gotten ridiculous. Why am I paying for a service I can't even use? It's absolutely unacceptable especially when this is the only service we can get in our area (74107). I work from the home via internet and that is now suffering because our internet service is unreliable. What is going on?
