There needs to be deductions from bills

There's so many outages now that I'm thinking where's the reduced rates if you're going to reduce the internet! How about fixing the current system?? What is actually causing these outages?? What if someone works from home??

I'm leaving.  Too many outages. I also have Verizon home internet that's never out
