Terrible
Internet went down around 8pm last night, the Cox website doesn’t work but the app did and it said estimated fix time was 10:40pm. Then around 10:35 the time changed to 2am. Then this morning I woke up and checked and the estimated time was like 8, and now there just is no estimated time, they removed it. And any time I try to connect to the website to contact some sort of support, the website says “Something went wrong” and I can’t even access it. Impossible to get even a prediction of when the internet might be fixed and can’t even get through to talk to someone
