Tempe Outage

Our internet has been down for over 24 hours (starting before 11:30 Monday). The text updates have basically stopped. There were 3 different estimated times yesterday that service was supposed to be restored by. Obviously they were wrong. The last text we received was just ‘it’s taking longer than expected’ with no estimated repair times. That was over 12 hours ago. Radio silence since.

I can’t get the Cox outage map to come up  and I don’t see anything in the news about an outage. Is there any way to find out what is going on or when it will be fixed??

Hello. I’m truly sorry that you're now experiencing a second day without service. I completely understand how frustrating and disruptive an extended outage can be, especially when you depend on your connection for everyday needs. Please contact us at cox.help@cox.com so that we can assist you with this.

We have been Cox customers for Decades and expect better customer service than AI chatbots and overseas agents. 😡

We value your business and appreciate all our customers. Cox has live agents available every day. We're available via chat, phone, email, and social media. Many of our agents are State side as well. Like myself, and our entire social media team members.

Not being able to work from home is costing me a Lot more than the $3.63 I was offered in credit for today’s outage.

I understand our time valuable, and outages when working from home is a big problem. I work from home myself and know the frustration of dealing with an outage. The credit amount is not meant as an insult or a refection of your worth. It's 1 day breakdown of your monthly Cox bill. That's how credits are priced out. We'd be happy to discuss the matter. Please email us your “full” name, “complete” address, Cox pin, and a copy of your post to Cox.Help@cox.com for further assistance. Thank you!

I contacted Cox.help@cox.com and the agent who responded couldn’t find out what was going on either. 🤨
