Tech still hasn’t arrived

We had an appointment for a technician to come check out the line etc at our house today and it’s now fully past the scheduled time but we have not received any notice of arrival or if they are running late. Are they still coming?

Contact cox.help@cox.com and ask for a credit on your next bill for the missed appointment.  If you received a confirmation email for the scheduled tech visit, forward that.  I don't know if Cox still offers these credits, but I know they used to do it, but customers had to request it.

Include your full name as it appears on your account and the service address.
