Still no internet? 13 of 15 days with an outage?

I’ve only had internet for 2 out of the last 15 days. Hopefytoday won’t be day 16. The “check for outage” site shows an outage 2 or so blocks away from me…but for over two weeks?

Are we sure anyone is working on this issue?

Frustration grows with each day!!
