Everyday I am getting SPAM e-mail in several of my accounts. They are from bogus e-mail accounts like:

<stuptchim@b-9nfhodev.mail.touchercad.fun>

With subjects like:

252-dead good-looking

I have tried to blocking them. Each time, I get a different e-mail with a different subject, so filters don't work well, either.

Why can't COX block these bogus e-mails?
