South Tulsa Outage

Thursday around noon my internet goes out, app says "unexpected outage" but comes back up.

Yesterday around noon, internet goes out again. App once again says "unexpected outage". Should be resolved by 341p. 357p new text its taking longer, no eta. 744p new text still taking longer, no eta. 901p new text we're "working overnight" to resolve the issue, no eta. 1144p last text of its taking longer, no eta.

I've reached out via chat, no one can tell me why its out, why its taking so long, or give me an eta. I'm getting highly annoyed. I work from home, which requires an internet connection, and with them not fixing the issue I'm afraid I won't be able to work come Monday.

This is making me question why stay with a company that can't tell me whats going on or resolve issues. Why am I paying for the top internet package if I can't use it.
