So upgrading to the 1 gig didn’t help my lagging problems
I upgraded to the 1 gig to see if it’s gonna make the lag go away I was wrong so the 500 Mbps and the 1 gig don’t make it better looks like ima have to get the 300 Mbps or whatever is the lowest they got to see if that fixes the issue

I'm sorry that you are continuing to have lag with our service. Since the issue continued with the faster speed, changing the speed to our slower service likely will not affect this lag issue. Please email us at cox.help@cox.com so we can look into this with you directly.
