Service is cheeks af

Dude in store told me 120$ for 2 gigs, and online it says 90$. Ended up going in person and purchasing the 2 GIGS for 120$. About 1 hr later I get a email saying my estimated monthly bill is 220$ idk where tf that 100$ came from but I’m confused. Also set up process is not that easy.

If there is a pro connect involved, that is probably where the extra 100$ comes in, they should have advised you of that service charge. That's why I prefer doing things over the phone, as all calls are recorded.

They just want more money don’t listen to them just straight up go back their and ask them for a refund and get some credit back or something make sure it’s a full thing too not 20 bucks I heard someone did that to cox and he was paying like 250 and only got back like 20 bucks bc the staff at the call tech support was but tickled so make sure you have everything screenshot and make sure to stay firm
