Prime Video Issue

Anyone having issues with Prime Video loading shows? After 3 days chatting with Sony support it seems to be a router issue. The Prime home page loads but shows will not load. I connected the tv to my phone hotspot and problem solved. The problem  is limited to Prime Video.
