Port Mirroring (SPAN) on Cox Panoramic Device? (Capturing data on Wireshark)

I have a few smart home devices that I would like to capture packets for through Wireshark on my laptop. I have been trying to do this for a while now and cant figure out. I reaize that I need a port mirroring enabled but I dont see any option on this when I go to Cox's MyWifi settings page. 

Whenever i try capturing data on Wireshark I dont receive any packets from my smart devices. 

Any workarounds?
