What speed are you getting now?
If you were an existing Cox customer, did you consistently get your previous subscribed speed?
Are you sure your other equipment will support near 2 Gbps download speed?
Do you live in an area that advertises support for 2 Gbps? (Cox representatives may not necessarily verify your market area supports that speed before upselling you).
Are you testing with a wired connection?
