Panoramic wifi
My wife and I are at our witts end. Our Tv is constantly going of and on —- at least 15 to 20 times a day. We have a wireless panoramic modem /router service and I am ready to give up. Many times the service is a monetary outage and sometimes I have to reset the box or the modem to turn the tv service back on. Cox has sent 5 or 6 contact technicians to our home and they always: find everything find. They have replaced the tv boxes twice and the modem 3 times. Each time they check all the connections and feel they have fixed the problem. It does seem to work better for about 30 days and then all the outages return again. Anyone else had a similar problem. Sending another tech is a waste of my time as well as his/hers. I’ve read about Verizon having similar issues when they don’t have fios. I’m ready to throw the whole system in the trash.

Hi,
I apologize that this is happening. I know it must be very frustrating. I'm not aware of a known issue that would be causing this. Is this happening on multiple boxes at the same time? Are there any error codes that appear on the screen when the problem occurs? I will be glad to look into this with you one-on-one. Please email our team at cox.help@cox.com. Please include your name, full street address, and a link to your forum post

Here are some suggestions. If you are using a wireless tv box, make sure the wifi modem and the box are at least 5 ft apart. If they are farther, great. If they are closer, it's VERY bad. Think of talking to someone use bull horns in each other's ears. BAD JUJU. Also, make sure the WiFi modem is raised as high as it can be, is NOT in a smart box, (Think Faraday cage), and ensure that the number of items physically in between the tv box and the Pano modem are as few as possible. Line of site is the best.

I feel you , and yes it’s been happening none stop and the technician don’t mean sh** they always try to “find everything that’s fine “ bit but overall they need to figure out how to fix it now I would swap over to a different provider and see if they are your area and use them until cox goes under
