panoramic device

My panoramic device will not turn on. The light is not coming on either. I have unplugged a couple times and nothing.

Hello. Sorry to hear about the modem not operating. This can either be a power outlet issue, or a modem issue. I'd recommend bringing the modem to an outlet you know works, and connect it. If you see the power come on, on the modem then it would be an outlet issue. If the power for the modem does not come on, it would be a modem issue. At that point, the modem would need to be swapped.
