Outages Multiple Time a Day
I want to believe that this company is working to fix this problem, but every time I call or someone manages to drive out, they leave with no resolution and they have to “escalate the situation”. Nothing feels escalated, this has been going on for my entire time living here and no resolution. Please fix your internet and fix your company.
