Outage since Friday 9Jan26
It is unacceptable to pay for a service that is down an entire day without an actual update or ETR. Been experiencing this outage in portsmouth RI, and its set me back with work, and the wife back from her online classes. This is precious time we wont get back, I do hope cox will compensate.
