I'm with you on this. I have lost connection 4 or 5 times just this week, and many many time the week or so before. And it's not just me this has been an area wide event for most of if not all the timed I have been done. I rely in the internet for multiple automated functions and causes me great inconvenience since I'm in a wheelchair and depend on them. I am looking for an alternative to cox and as soon as I find it I'm gone after 36+ years.

I agree, and now that I have cox mobile, it's pay as you gig.   Because my internet keeps going out. I have to use my Mobile data which they will charge me extra for. If I go over a gig. This is not okay COX.

I am also experiencing outages every day for the past 2 or 3 weeks. Even on weekends. Happens between 11:00am to 12:30pm like clockwork. Then later a late afternoon outage. Effecting my job.

I’m on 500Mbps but the actual dropped to 19mbps. Internet is inconsistent, unstable, lost connection many times daily every 5 minutes, resetting work then happened again, so annoyed even with all expensive modem, router and devices . Call customer service doesn’t help. So disappointed. I have to pay extra for my cellular and still have to pay for cox bill no other alternative choice. Are they monopoly since only cox in this location, if there is another provider I would like to switch even I’m a loyalty customer for cox but recently it’s so disappointed

The same has been Happening to me.  It seems like it started after they did some maintenancein my area. On average my internet drops after 7 pm and it didn't get stable until around 7 am.  I work remotely and end up having to use my Hotspot on my phone.  If I'm only having internet half the time then I should only pay half the bill.
