OKC Capitol Area 03/08/2022: Internet/Contour Outage

OKC Capitol area internet & contour outage 03/08/2022: anyone in this area experiencing an outage? It takes an act of congress (yes, a poor choice of words) to get anyone on the phone that has a clue what's going on. Estimated time of repair is 5 hours from now. Customer service is certainly non-existent, so I am simply inquiring to see if there are others or if this is isolated.
