Not happy
I am a long time customer and am not happy. My internet has been down for 2 going into 3 days now and can't seem to get any info on when they will fix the service. Usually Cox has been great and have gotten the internet running within a couple of hours. But this time it's taken an agonizing long time with no explanation on what happened or when it will be fixed. Seriously, are they rebuilding the internet structure? I would love an answer but I don't think I will get one from them ...I guess with the lack of disclosure. Might be a good time to look into Verizon even though I don't want too. Really sad this time

Same issue here in Fairfax County. Customer Service is absolutely non-existent. Total outage continues since Thursday, February 26th. No repair status, no service restoration date, nothing.
