have not had cable or internet since the storm except for a random 24 hrs 5 days ago No i formation about when or if it will be restored
I have spoken with tech support and submitted
reports on line
signed up foe messaging updates but have otten nothiing
Exploring alternate service providers at this time
have been a cox customer for 30 yrs
