No internet the whole weekend.
I have not been able to connect to my Internet all weekend despite numerous calls to support, the earliest they can get someone out here to fix it this Tuesday. I have not been able to watch the National League division series, my team, the Dodgers, and no NFL all day. This is unacceptable. I had to go out today to buy a mobile hotspot so I can watch some NFL and watch the Dodgers at 5 PM. I will be canceling service ASAP.
