No internet for 24 hours now in Oceanside California 92057
There has been no internet for 24 hours here in our neighborhood! We have called support, we have tried the modem reset stuff. The update keeps saying it is fixed then goes right back to saying we’re in an outtage. This is now cutting into my wife and I working hours as we both work from home. This is not a me problem this is a you problem! How can we get this resolved? I’m like one hour away from cancelling this service. Very frustrating, we can’t even get to a live person to talk to over the phone!
