No email

I have been without email from my cox email account for 8 days. I have done the online chat, phone call, escalated to a different group and beyond them. I've gotten nothing from cox. Suppose to have been fixed two days ago and nothing. You have to call tthem to get a status which is still "they are working on it". From any point of view this is not good customer support.
