Night 9 of daily intentional internet throttling

I actually got about an hour of decent upload speeds (8mb-11mb) tonight after watching the election and then BOOM.......this NIGHTLY internet throttling bull**** starts up again killing all enjoyment to my night.  COX what is going on, I will continue to send nightly FCC complaints until you guys fix this garbage.  I'm encouraging everyone that has had this same nonsense to submit an FCC complaint, here is the link:
